2. Information on this website
The content on this website is general information about Portuguese visa and residence routes. It is not legal advice and does not replace advice on your specific situation. Immigration rules, fees and processing times change, and although we keep the content up to date we cannot guarantee it is complete or current.
3. Eligibility check
The eligibility score is an automated, indicative estimate based only on your answers. It is not an assessment of your application and creates no obligation for you or us.
4. No guarantee of approval
Decisions on certification, visas and residence permits are made solely by the competent bodies, such as IAPMEI, AIMA and Portuguese consulates. We do not and cannot guarantee any outcome or timeline.
5. Services, fees and offers
Prices shown on the website are indicative. Binding fees, scope and conditions, including any promotional offers such as complimentary post-landing support, are set out in your engagement agreement. If you are a consumer, you have the statutory rights that apply to distance contracts, including any right of withdrawal, as described in that agreement.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the website, for example by submitting false information, attempting to gain unauthorised access or disrupting its operation.

The website’s content, design and logos belong to Startup Visa Portugal or its licensors. You may view and share it for personal use; any other use requires our written permission.
8. Third-party links
The website links to third-party sites and services (for example government portals, Calendly or WhatsApp). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on general information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal data.
11. Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. The courts of Lisbon have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer to bring proceedings where you live.
